Martial Arts Programs at the Kung Fu Schools
People join the Kung Fu Schools for many reasons, martial arts lessons offer benefits to including getting fitter, weight management, learning self defence, improving confidence, general health & well being not to mention that it is fun & social. Here at Kung fu schools we offer a programme for every level of ability & designed to meet specific goals. Our programmes offer progression to the highest level.
Everyone starts on the Basic Kung Fu Programme as their introduction to this martial art. Whilst training on the Basic Kung Fu Programme you will have a progress check which is your opportunity to speak with the chief instructor and see how you are progressing plus how you can get the most out of your Kung Fu training. This is an ideal time to see whether you are on the best programme for your requirements and if it would be appropriate to progress to another programme.
For instance you could join the Leadership Programme training towards your 2nd Degree after only a short period of Kung Fu training, if it looks as though it will be more suited to you and help achieve your goals.
