Our Team of Kung Fu & martial arts instructors welcome you all to Kung Fu Schools

Everyone starts on the Basic Kung Fu Programme as their introduction to this martial art. Whilst training on  the Basic Kung Fu Programme you will have a progress check where you will have a one on one with the chief instructor and see , how you can get the most out of your Kung Fu training ask questions you have plus see whether it would be appropriate to progress to another programme.

For instance you could join the 3rd programme training towards your 2nd degree after only a short period of Kung Fu training, if it looks as though it will be more suited to you and help you achieve your goals.

Here at The Kung Fu Schools we have many Kung Fu programmes designed to deliver the most appropriate in martial arts techniques, fitness, health and well being to what ever level you would like achieve.

1. Basic Beginers Kung Fu Classes - Induction to Black Belt Course

Our entry level Kung Fu programme, introduces you to the positive and many benefits of training in Wing Chun Kung Fu. This course lasts 6 to 10 months and offers 4 grading progressions listed below

 Student Grade 1

Profficiency in straight attack and defence. Wrist grabs & basic principles.

 Student Grade 2

Interupting attacks and continuing to attack. Techniques of the basis of self defence.

 Student Grade 3

Techniques to hone more advanced self defence & attack skills.

 Student Grade 4

Close quarter attack systems - an overall test on all the learned skills.

  • Basic, effective martial arts techniques for practical and realistic self defence.
  • Simple yet incredibly effective exercises that will get you in great shape, tone and trim
  • How to recognise potential danger & avoid it before it’s too late
  • Unique ways to ease aches from previous injuries, accidents & life

2. Black Belt 1st Degree Programme - taking you to your Black Belt 1st Degree

Your next step up and taking you towards a greater knowledge of Kung Fu, a greater awareness of your body, improved fitness, health plus a calmer and more focused mind

Avoid being wrestled and tackled . Start unique exercises to feel what your attacker does

 Student Grade 6

Techniques to deal with of being thrown or swepted, you on the floor them standing

Incase you both end up on the floor learn how to efficiently and effectively escape

Defend against kicks and counter attack with your own kicks

 Student Grade 9

Learn how to use a variety of weapons. Neutralise locks and counter attack

Defend attacks with weapons - sticks, knives, chains, bottles
