Frequently Asked Questions
What types of course do you offer? For adults we have a self-protection and a traditional Kung Fu course.
We also offer children’s courses on anti-bullying and safety or a traditional Kung Fu course.
Who are they suitable for? All our courses are suitable for men and women of all ages and experiences.
How long is the course? Our training is available as a workshop which runs for 2 hours or we can provide a more detailed and involved 6 week course.
Where are courses held? The Kung Fu Schools have arguably the best martial arts facilities in the South East and we are happy to run course in our fully equipped school or travel to your place of work. A large meeting room is usually sufficient.
Do we need any equipment? We will supply all the necessary training and handouts for the course.
How fit do the attendees have to be? The course will be focusing on skills rather than physical fitness so you do not have to be fit or sporty to participate.
Are your instructors insured? Yes – we have private indemnity insurance and public liability insurance
In addition, all of our instructors have had a Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check carried out.
