Our entry level Kung Fu programme, introduces you to the positive and many benefits of training in Wing Chun Kung Fu. This course lasts 6 to 10 months and offers 4 grading progressions listed below

 Student Grade 1

Profficiency in straight attack and defence. Wrist grabs & basic principles.

 Student Grade 2

Interupting attacks and continuing to attack. Techniques of the basis of self defence.

 Student Grade 3

Techniques to hone more advanced self defence & attack skills.

 Student Grade 4

Close quarter attack systems - an overall test on all the learned skills.

  • Basic, effective martial arts techniques for practical and realistic self defence.
  • Simple yet incredibly effective exercises that will get you in great shape, tone and trim
  • How to recognise potential danger & avoid it before it’s too late
  • Unique ways to ease aches from previous injuries, accidents & life
