The Kung Fu School Crawley is recognised by many people as the Premier Martial Arts School in Crawley
with over 2500 sq. ft, two training areas, a social room, shop, seated viewing area and offices.
We are about 2 minutes from Crawley Town Centre heading towards Three Bridges off Haslett Avenue. you may remember the old Crawley Leisure centre which was by the side of us.
The school is like Doctor Who’s Tardis, when you look from the outside it looks quite ordinary however as soon as you step through the door you enter an amazing Kung Fu world.
The main training floor is spacious with very high ceilings creating a very airy and comfortable feeling, the colour and decor immediately relaxes and calms you, many of the students comment on how de-stressed coming to the school makes them feel. As soon as they walk in the baggage and troubles they came in with start to drop away.
The Kung Fu School is the result of over 25 years martial arts training and almost 20 years teaching in Crawley by Master Instructor Paul Hawkes. The school is my ideal of how a martial arts school would be, welcoming, friendly, thoughtfully designed with a team of enthusiastic, knowledgeable and skilled instructors and assistants.
Upstairs you will find another training area that is matted, has alternative training tools, kettle bells, club bells & fit balls, the social room with refreshment facilities, library, shop & offices.

As well as changing my life, learning Wing Chun Kung Fu has saved my life. After a bad road accident in 2005 it was my good level of health and fitness plus my positive mental attitude meant I not only survived but am making a speedy full recovery.

All the instructors and assistants attend regular training from Master Paul Hawkes ensuring that they not only know the curriculum very well but also how to teach everyone to their fullest potential, there is a huge difference between being able to do something well and teach something well so that it is understood.
You will definitely notice the level of professionalism shown at the school and also how friendly, enthusiastic, motivated and understanding the team are.
It’s very common for people to be a little anxious, even scared about coming to see a martial arts class, we understand this and can assure you that you will have a friendly welcome and once you’ve taken that bold step of coming in it all gets much, much easier.
Please call us today to arrange popping in and seeing the school, have a tour and tell us what you would like to achieve from your training, either for yourself or your family.
